Instagram Social Media Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Instagram Social Media Manager to join our team! As a highly skilled professional, you'll create and post engaging content, manage our Instagram page, grow our followers, views, and engagement, and prospect for new clients.

Responsibilities:

- Create and post high-quality, engaging content for Instagram
- Manage and optimize our Instagram page for @PersonalBrandBoss
- Grow our followers, views, and engagement through strategic content creation and engagement
- Prospect and connect with potential clients, and engage with posts on behalf of CEO
- Write meaningful comments and responses to posts, and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Repost content to Facebook
- Provide monthly reports detailing growth, engagement, and areas of improvement

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management, specifically on Instagram, Facebook and Meta
- Proven track record of growing followers, engagement, and influence on Instagram
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphics, and video
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, best practices, and advertising options
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team

Compensation:

- Base hourly rate
- 5% commission on new clients acquired through Instagram efforts (average client value: $300-$3500)
