Instagram Reels Editor for Viral Talking Heads + B-Roll (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We’re looking for a creative & reliable video editor to join our content agency part-time!

Our agency creates viral Instagram Reels for online coaches & course creators. We’re looking for someone who knows how to edit talking head videos and B-roll-based Reels that actually perform on social media.

???? What You’ll Be Editing:
12x Talking Head videos per month (1–1.5 min each)

31x B-roll-based videos per month (20–30 sec each)

Raw footage will be provided, you’ll edit with fast cuts, subtitles, stickers, etc.

? What We’re Looking For:
You have experience editing short-form videos (Instagram Reels specifically)

You can add clean, native-looking subtitles (no spelling errors)

You know how to add zooms, punch-ins, emojis, B-roll, and music to keep attention

You’re fast, reliable, and open to feedback

You have good English—important for spelling in subtitles!

? Bonus Points if You:
Use CapCut

Know how to follow editing instructions/templates

Are obsessed with viral content and trends

???? This is a part-time position (approx. 8–10 hours/week)
???? Monthly pay: $300–$400 depending on skill
