Instagram Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Instagram Outreach Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients on Instagram, initiating conversations, building relationships, and introducing our services to generate leads. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Instagram's features, and proven experience in outreach or sales via social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
*Identify and research potential clients on Instagram.
*Send personalized direct messages (DMs) to prospects and manage ongoing conversations.
*Maintain and organize outreach logs to track interactions and follow-ups.
*Respond promptly and professionally to messages from potential clients.
*Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
*Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
*Perfect English skills in both written and spoken communication.
*Excellent speaking abilities and experience in sales.
*Resilience and determination to manage high volumes of outreach effectively.
*Proven experience with the Instagram platform and its features, including DMs and content engagement.
*Ownership of multiple smartphones, preferably iPhones. The more devices you have, the higher your earning potential.
*Strong organizational skills to handle multiple conversations and leads simultaneously.
*Familiarity with CRM tools or other systems for tracking outreach is a plus.
