Instagram Outbound Appointment Setter

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Outbound Appointment Setter to manage outreach across five Instagram accounts. Your primary task will be to send 50 direct messages (DMs) per account, per day, totaling 250 DMs daily, with the goal of booking appointments with qualified leads. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as all interactions must be accurately tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities:

Send 50 DMs per day per account (250 total per day across 5 Instagram accounts).
Use pre-built scripts for outreach and adapt responses when necessary to engage leads.
Track all DMs sent, responses, and booked appointments using a tracking system (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM).
Provide daily updates on progress, including key metrics like response rates and appointment bookings.
Maintain a professional and personable tone in all communications to build rapport with potential clients.
