Instagram Growth & DM Appointment Setter (Online Coaching Niche) – Remote

READ THIS CAREFULLY.
We are NOT looking for a general VA or someone who just “likes and comments” all day.
We are looking for a growth operator—someone who knows how to clean up, optimize, and grow Instagram accounts…
AND has real experience setting appointments via DMs for online coaches.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Clean up & optimize IG account (removing bots, dead followers, optimizing bio & highlights)

-Daily manual engagement with targeted prospects (liking, commenting, story replies, polls, etc.)

-Initiate DM conversations with warm leads and book qualified appointments

-Handle follow-ups, objections, and nurturing sequences

-Track all KPIs (messages sent, convos started, calls booked, etc.)

-Help grow a new Instagram account from 0 using proven organic strategies


Requirements:
Proven experience working with online coaches

Must have set real appointments via DMs (Not just “sent scripts” – we will ask for proof)

Strong understanding of Instagram growth and engagement strategies

Confident conversational skills in English (C1/C2 level only)

Experience using Google Sheets, Canva, and basic CRM tools

Can work during US business hours

15-20 hours per week to start, with the potential to move to 40 hours a week

Long-term role if you crush it
