Instagram Growth & Creative Assistant – Midnight Masque (Dance Music Events)

We’re building Midnight Masque, a luxury, invite-only lingerie masquerade event brand for lovers of dance music and curated nightlife. We’re also growing Dance TV, a global electronic music media platform. I'm hiring a dedicated, full-time virtual assistant to help grow both brands — with Midnight Masque as the primary focus, and broader personal assistant duties as needed.
You will help execute our outreach, content, and digital marketing strategies — and be expected to bring your own ideas and insights to make them better. We're not looking for a robot to follow instructions. We want a creative problem-solver who can grow into the role, think for themselves, and help us build something great.

This is a full-time, exclusive position. You must be fully committed and not working with other clients.
Your Role Includes:
>Instagram Growth & Community Building (Midnight Masque)
Manually follow, like, and engage with targeted IG users
DM potential event guests using flirty but tasteful scripts
Track outreach and responses in spreadsheets
Help shape content direction and campaign ideas, not just execution
>Membership & Guest Communications (Midnight Masque)
Manage RSVP and guest databases (Google Sheets or CRM)
Send confirmations, reminders, booking links
Track ticket sales and respond to guest inquiries
Maintain a simple CRM or database of members and guest lists, keeping notes organized for follow-ups and access codes
>Visual Content & Promo Creation
Use Leonardo.Ai to generate aesthetic visuals
Design flyers, reels, and posts in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Help create short video clips and stylized promo content
>Targeted Digital Advertising (Instagram + Meta Ads)
Assist in setting up and managing targeted Instagram content promotions
Track performance and suggest improvements
Help develop paid and organic growth strategies to drive RSVPs and followers
Must bring initiative to improve marketing, not just follow instructions
>Executive Assistant Support (Dance TV + General)
Help with content workflows, uploads, and formatting
Conduct research and support creative/admin tasks related to events or media
Organize tasks, keep schedules moving, and support me directly

You Are:
Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication
Proactive, organized, and able to think independently
Familiar with Instagram, IG ads, content boosting, and audience targeting
Skilled with Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools
Experienced with or open to learning Leonardo.Ai and similar image generators
Comfortable working full-time, exclusively with our brands

Bonus Points:
A fan of electronic dance music — from club culture to festival energy
This will help you align with our voice and audience

Salary & Payment:
Starting: $500–600/month, based on experience
Paid monthly via Wise
Opportunity to increase with results
Paid Philippine holidays off

Review Periods & Growth Path:
Initial Trial (1–2 Months):
Paid probation to prove consistency, performance, and fit.
Performance Review at 6 Months:
If successful, you become eligible for a 13th-month bonus, paid in December.
Ongoing Expectation:
Continued strong performance is required through the year to earn the bonus. We reward loyalty, creativity, and hustle — not just time served.

Schedule & Daily Sync:
Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Flexible, but minimum 4 hrs/day overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Daily voice or video calls required via Google Meet
