Instagram Direct Messenger (DM Outreach) – Remote, Commission-Based

What You’ll Do:
• Use Instagram to engage with people in specific geolocations (follow, like, comment, DM).
• Start conversations and build rapport to generate potential real estate leads.
• Identify potential buyers, sellers, and renters and encourage them to reach out.
• Work independently without supervision while staying committed to daily outreach.

What You’ll Earn:

This is a commission-based role, meaning the more leads you bring in, the more you make!
• $25 per rental listing that converts into a signed deal.
• $250 per seller or buyer listing that results in a sale.
• Unlimited earning potential – the more leads you generate, the more you get paid!

What I’m Looking For:
• Honest, trustworthy, and self-disciplined individuals.
• Experience with Instagram and geolocation engagement is a plus, but not required.
• Entry-level position – no prior experience needed, just a strong work ethic!
• Must commit to 5-8 hours per day (Preference for those willing to work 8+ hours daily).
