Instagram DM Virtual Assistant – U.S. Based Remote iPhone Access

Job Description:

We are a growing social media marketing agency looking for a dedicated Instagram Virtual Assistant to handle direct message outreach, track responses, and log leads. You will use a U.S. iPhone remotely to send DMs from various Instagram accounts while maintaining proper engagement and tracking responses.

This is a long-term remote opportunity with room for growth.

Responsibilities:

- Send pre-written DMs to potential leads on Instagram.
- Track response rates and log lead details in Google Sheets.
- Follow up with multi-step messaging sequences where required.
- Ensure accounts remain active (liking and engaging lightly with posts).
- Work efficiently while ensuring messages do not trigger Instagram’s spam filters.
- Notify our team of warm leads and transfer them for follow-up.

Requirements:

- Prior experience managing Instagram DMs, lead generation, or social media engagement.
- Comfortable using remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) to control an iPhone.
- Fluent in written English (professional but conversational tone).
- Strong attention to detail to track responses accurately in Google Sheets.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps speed.
- Available Monday-Friday during U.S. working hours (flexible shifts).

Preferred but not required:

- Familiarity with Instagram’s engagement strategies to avoid message restrictions.
- Previous experience in customer service or social media outreach.

Compensation & Benefits:

- $300-$400 per month with a cap of $500 depending on performance (full-time, 40 hours per week).
