Instagram DM Setter

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Appointment Setter to manage and respond to DMs on Instagram. Your role will be to engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and book calls for our UGC mentorship program.

Responsibilities:
? Respond to Instagram DMs promptly and professionally.
? Qualify potential clients based on set criteria.
? Guide leads toward booking a call (not a "meet and greet" but a serious evaluation).
? Follow scripts while personalizing responses when needed.
? Track and report DM interactions and booked calls.
? Work closely with the team to optimize outreach and conversions.

Requirements:
???? Experience in sales, appointment setting, or social media engagement.
???? Strong written communication skills (casual yet professional).
???? Ability to handle objections and filter out unqualified leads.
???? Familiarity with Instagram (DMs, engagement strategies, etc.).
???? Reliable, proactive, and results-driven.

Preferred (but not required):
? Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, or online coaching/mentorship.
? Background in high-ticket sales or closing.
? Knowledge of ManyChat or other automation tools.
