Join our Team for the Inside Sales Coordinator Role (Remote)
Role Overview: We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for contacting and qualifying leads, scheduling pitches, following up on contracts, and maintaining CRM records. The role also involves building relationships with industry professionals, organizing marketing initiatives, and preparing reports. Regular collaboration with the marketing and sales teams is essential to drive business growth and enhance client engagement.
Job Description:
DAILY:
· Receive all leads from various sources & review for accuracy & applicability.
· Contact (phone &
· If not able to reach legitimate leads, set up on
· Update CRM including daily tasks, deals, contacts, etc.
· Set up calendar reminders for upcoming pitches, RFP deadlines, etc.
· Follow up with contracts sent but not signed, non-responsive leads, deals lost.
· For all deals lost, obtain feedback/info on what issue(s) was/were & how we can turn the deal.
· For all proposals sent, follow up to ensure receipt & next steps are communicated along with expected timing.
WEEKLY:
· Reach out to accounting firms, law firms, and other vendors/professionals in the industry to set up meet & greets & webinars.
· Reach out to CAI chapters (NJ, NY, PA) regarding upcoming events, sign-ups, & participation.
· Run sales reports from the CRM & share with stakeholders.
· Hold virtual meeting with marketing & sales teams to update all, obtain feedback, review sales reports, and plan for the coming week.
MONTHLY:
· Revise/update all marketing materials to ensure various target markets are being properly served.
· Distribute marketing materials via
· Obtain Board Member contact information from condos, HOAs, co-ops, etc. that are not currently managed by DPM/MPB.
· Send out marketing materials to at least 5 new Associations by mailing via WelcomeLink and/or

MONTHLY (CONTINUED):
· Set up & schedule half-hour monthly webinars with different industry guest for each meeting.
ANNUALLY:
· Prepare & present annual sales reports with objectives achieved/not achieved, and why.
· Prepare & present annual sales goals for upcoming year with benchmarks, timing, ideas for new markets, etc.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
2-3 years experience in sales coordination, inside sales, and customer relationship management.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and follow-up strategies.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with leads and stakeholders.
Ability to conduct professional outreach via phone,
Comfort in working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and management).
Organizational & Analytical Abilities
Strong attention to detail for reviewing leads and managing sales data.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle daily, weekly, and monthly sales tasks.
