Role Overview

We are hiring a refined, well-spoken, and highly professional Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team for an initial 6-month contract (potential for long-term).
As a Client Outreach Specialist, you’ll be responsible for lead follow-up and organic lead generation for pre-construction real estate sales in the Greater Toronto Area. Your role includes converting inquiries into booked appointments, assisting with social media marketing, and engaging potential investors. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Booking(Daily)

Call, text, and email new leads within 5 minutes of inquiry.
Qualify buyers & investors, handle objections, and take detailed notes in CRM (Follow Up Boss).
Book and attend discovery calls with the lead realtor (Amol Kapoor).
Present floorplans, pricing, and investment highlights via email & text.
Consistently follow up and nurture leads to drive sales.

Organic Lead Generation, Nurturing, & Content Marketing(Weekly)

Create & manage social media content, ads, and engagement.
Promote monthly pre-construction webinars and manage registrations.
Manage lead nurturing sequences and email campaigns in Follow Up Boss.
Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
Build referral partnerships with mortgage brokers & financial planners.?

Requirements

Goal-driven mindset with strong objection-handling skills.
Excellent spoken and written English (Professional, clear, and persuasive).
Strong follow-up and organization skills to manage a high volume of leads.
Reliable internet + noise-free workspace for calls & video meetings.
Ability to work in Toronto Time Zone(EST) every day.

Preferred Experience

Real estate cold calling or inside sales experience.
CRM expertise (Follow Up Boss is a plus!).
Comfortable with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Familiarity with real estate investing (or willingness to learn fast!).

Compensation & Performance Incentives

Base Salary 20,000 PHP/month (fixed) + Commission 10,000 PHP per firm sale + Bonuses:

-Achieve 6 sales in 6 months: Earn an extra 10,000 per sale (retroactive) + contract extension!
-12+ sales in 6 months: Get a 100,000 cash bonus + a 1-week trip to Toronto.

Earning Potential in 6 Months:
-3 Sales 150,000
-6 Sales 240,000
-12+ Sales 460,000 + Toronto Trip(visa required)
