Our Real Estate Team is one of the top performing teams in the region. In this role you will help determine which prospects our team should be meeting with in purchasing and/or selling a home.
To be considered for this role…
You must have provable previous experience calling and communicating with real estate prospects in the United States.
You must be a top closer who know how to set appointments
You must be coachable to speaking to our scripts and processes
You take action and improve based on KPIs and Metrics given to you by the team

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
2 Hours of Calling,
Our minimum standard is 100 outreaches per hour
Ask questions based on our scripts to set appointments with the team
Manage and organize all activities in our CRM
All tracking and performance is automatically dashboarded in our CRM saving you time
1 Set appointment per daily session
To meet these standards, you will have coaching sessions multiple times per month with our team leader to help aide in your performance
Job Requirements
Computer with high speed internet connection
A microphone headset that connects to your computer for calling
US Eastern Timezone availability for calls (same 2 hours every day)
Our interview process:
Introduction interview (20 minutes)
Comprehensive interview (1 hour - 1:45 hour)
Expectations Interview (30 minutes)
1 week paid trial (2 hours per day for 5 days)
Onboarded to our team after trial
