Inside Sales Agent

Are you a confident communicator with outbound sales or cold calling experience? Do you thrive on building relationships, pre-qualifying leads, and booking appointments? If so, we want you on our team!

???? What You’ll Do:
? Make outbound calls to potential clients and establish rapport.
? Prequalify leads and schedule appointments.
? Follow up via calls, email, and SMS to nurture prospects.
? Organize and manage leads in a CRM system.
? Multitask efficiently while handling multiple leads.
? Manage calendars and coordinate appointments efficiently.

???? What We’re Looking For:
?? Solid experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
?? Comfortable and confident on the phone.
?? Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
?? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
?? Availability to work 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM CST.
?? Knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus but not required.
