JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong American English accent and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing GoHighLevel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, and scheduling appointments to support the sales team in driving business growth.


Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments between prospective clients and the client success , ensuring thorough preparation and alignment for both parties.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to generate high-quality leads that align with business objectives.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead information within the GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and data integrity.
Engage in clear and effective communication with prospects, utilizing an American English accent to build rapport and establish trust.
Generate regular reports on appointment-setting activities, lead status, and outcomes, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and messaging.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as an Inside Sales Agent, Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interaction and relationship-building.
Proficiency in American English, with a clear and neutral accent.
Expertise in utilizing GoHighLevel CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead management and communication.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Proven track record in implementing efficient strategies and utilizing tools to consistently generate high-quality leads.
