Unicorn Role Overview: We're looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Agent with strong CRM management skills to drive lead conversion for our real estate investment business. If you excel at managing customer relationships, have a proven sales background, and can effectively communicate across multiple channels while supporting our fix-and-flip marketing efforts, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
CRM Management: Manage lead tracking and communication using CINC website platform
Lead Follow-up: Engage potential clients through
Sales Conversion: Implement strategic follow-up processes to convert leads
Lead Generation: Support and optimize pay-per-click lead generation efforts
Customer Relationship: Maintain and nurture potential client interactions
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and lead conversion rates
What You'll Bring:
CRM Experience: Proven expertise in CRM management, CINC website system is a plus
Sales Background: Strong track record in inside sales (ISA) role
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage leads across multiple communication channels
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital sales tools and lead generation platforms
Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple lead interactions simultaneously
Initiative: Proactive approach to lead follow-up and nurturing
Adaptability: Flexible approach to inside sales strategies and tools
Working hours: TBD (20 hrs/week; Graveyard shift)
