Influencer Research and Negotiation

I'm looking to test influencers in my US niche to promote my E-Commerce products.

I need someone who can do the research, find the influencers, list them, contact them and negotiate with them.

The aim is to find influencers who match our brand values, who resemble our persona, and who could help us take the brand to the next level through collaborations.
