Influencer Outreach and Relations Manager Needed for Tidal Tank – Enhance Our Brand Outreach

Tidal Tank, a leader in sports performance training and functional fitness equipment, is seeking an enthusiastic Influencer Relations Manager to strengthen and expand our network of affiliated influencers. This role is crucial in managing and nurturing relationships with influencers ranging from micro to top-tier within the sports and fitness industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of influencers, from micro-influencers to the most prominent figures in sports and fitness.
- Communicate complex sports performance training concepts and product benefits clearly and effectively to influencers.
- Implement and manage a systematic approach to track and report on influencer interactions and campaign progress.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and coordinate outreach strategies that align with our brand goals.

Requirements:
- (near) fluent in English
- at least 6 months experience with influencer management
- Strong passion for and knowledge of sports performance training and functional fitness; eager to learn more as needed.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, with the ability to discuss complex training concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proven skills in relationship management, capable of fostering long-term partnerships with influencers of all levels.
- Disciplined and structured work approach, with meticulous attention to detail in logging and tracking influencer management activities.
