Influencer Outreach Specialist

The Role
We're seeking an Influencer Growth Specialist to help build authentic relationships with content creators who align with our mission. You'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to influencers who genuinely connect with our brand values and can share their experience with our product.

Core Responsibilities
- Use specialised influencer discovery tools to systematically identify and reach out to 100 potential brand advocates weekly
- Craft personalised, authentic outreach messages that resonate with each creator
- Maintain detailed records and track campaign performance in our CRM
- Create and document efficient processes for scaling our influencer program
- Provide regular reporting on outreach metrics and success rates

Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and comfortable with CRM systems
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet daily targets
- Excellent organisational skills and process-oriented mindset
- Understanding of social media and content creator landscape
- Genuine interest in wellness and ability to understand different audience needs

Nice to Have
- Experience with influencer discovery platforms
- Previous experience in influencer outreach or social media
- Understanding of wellness industry trends
- Experience with process documentation and SOP creation
