The Influencer Outreach Manager will spearhead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with BlueMagic Group International’s premium brand positioning. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and execute influencer outreach campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Partnership Management: Identify, vet, and establish relationships with influencers, bloggers, and social media personalities who align with the brand.
Campaign Coordination: Work with influencers to plan and implement campaigns that showcase BlueMagic Group International’s services authentically.
Negotiations: Manage contracts, collaborations, and payment terms with influencers.
Content Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent content creation.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative strategies in influencer marketing.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute influencer events, trips, or experiences that align with the company’s objectives.
Brand Advocacy: Ensure influencers maintain a consistent and positive brand message across all channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in influencer outreach, social media management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
Experience using tools for influencer discovery, campaign management, and performance tracking.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
