Community & Creator Associate (Remote – Must Work NY Hours)
Stealth Startup | Founded by Leaders from DTC, TikTok, and AI/ML
We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed stealth startup founded by a DTC brand pioneer who built a category-defining business to $125M+ in revenue, a TikTok executive who led creative and go-to-market strategy across $500M in revenue, and a machine learning expert who has scaled some of the most innovative AI products in tech. Together, we’re building the next iconic growth engine for consumer brands—replacing the dependency on paid media with a more profitable, scalable, and influencer-driven community channel.
Our first product has already attracted dozens of top consumer brands, and we’re just getting started. Now, we're looking for an exceptional Community & Creator Associate to help scale one of the most powerful performance marketing and influencer partnership channels in consumer marketing.
About the Role:
You’ll be the human bridge between leading consumer brands and thousands of creators. You'll ensure our influencer outreach, onboarding, and community efforts are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for growth.
This is a fully remote, contractor role—ideal for someone outside the U.S. who can work 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time consistently.
What You’ll Do:
Write compelling, professional messages to influencers and creators on behalf of brands via Instagram DMs,
Vet and approve creator profiles to determine alignment with brand briefs, affiliate marketing goals, and UGC (user-generated content) potential.
Track and maintain clear documentation of outreach, approvals, and campaign performance.
Stay current with U.S. creator economy trends, brand news, and social platform shifts (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
Collaborate with our AI-driven tools to enhance the scale and performance of creator outreach and influencer marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional written English with a native or near-native command of tone, clarity, and grammar.
Deep familiarity with U.S. brand and influencer culture—especially in fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
Proven experience in creator outreach, influencer marketing, brand ambassador programs, or social media marketing.
Ability to assess creator content quickly and make smart, brand-aligned decisions.
Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated—you thrive working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, and basic CRM or influencer management platforms (e.g., Aspire, Grin, CreatorIQ, or similar).
