Key Responsibilities
?? Handle inbound calls,
?? Qualify leads and convert them into scheduled appointments
?? Use strong sales techniques to close the appointment while providing great customer service
?? Follow up with leads who didn’t schedule on the first call to maximize conversion rates
?? Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled visits in the CRM
?? Handle objections effectively and build trust with potential patients
?? Work closely with the dental office team to coordinate appointment schedules
?? Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
? Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – a neutral or clear accent is preferred
? Phone sales experience (call center, appointment setting, or similar role)
? Confidence on the phone – able to persuade and close deals in a professional manner
? Ability to handle high inbound call volumes efficiently
? Experience in dental, healthcare, or appointment-based sales is a plus
? Tech-savvy – experience with CRM systems, call scripts, and SMS/email follow-ups
? Self-motivated and results-driven
