Inbound Sales & Lead Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for someone who’s great at sales and enjoys talking to customers to join a US-based pool cleaning and repair company. This role is all about handling inbound leads—customers who are already interested in the service—so there’s no high-volume cold calling or appointment setting. Your job is to simply connect with them, answer their questions, and close the deal in a friendly, helpful way.

Since this is a growing business, you’ll also have the chance to help improve sales processes, create scripts, and refine customer interactions to make booking services even smoother. While you’ll have support, you’ll also need to be proactive, take initiative, and make smart decisions on your own.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls and assist customers with pool services like cleaning and repairs.
- Guide potential customers in choosing the right service and creating estimates for their monthly fees, all while ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and offer solutions.
- Track service requests, follow up, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule services, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely job competition.
- Keep accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- Help improve sales scripts, emails, and processes.
- Set and achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer support experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
- 1+ year in a WFH setup.
- Experience following-up with warm leads that are generated from ads and SEO through phone calls and SMS.
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Experience using and updating CRMs like HubSpot - bonus points if you can set them up, too.
- Great communication skills, friendly and native level English, and the ability to express ideas and problem solve quickly and clearly.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own and take charge in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience as a Team Leader of Subject Matter Expert is a plus.
- Experience working in the U.S. pool industry or working directly with customers in the U.S. who are paying for a weekly / monthly service like cleaning, gardening, pool cleaning, or any other similar service industry is a really, really big plus!

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: 55k PHP per month.
