In-Office, Cebu Based VIDEO EDITOR

*Description
- Transform raw clips and video footage into high-quality finished videos used to inform, engage, and inspire their audience.
- This role is an office based role working and training with our dynamic team of editors, remote work is not an available. So please only apply if you are willing to work in our Cebu based office

*Responsibilities
- Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of video production, from timing and continuity to final output.

Video Editing:
- Continue to perform high-level video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Manage the assembly and organisation of raw footage efficiently.
- Create dynamic openers, text animations, logo intros and outros, and other essential motion graphics.
- Trim footage segments to create seamless sequences and develop animations from client logos.
- Execute color correction and grading to enhance visual quality, and enhance audio quality by removing noise and ensuring clarity.
- Select and source appropriate background music for projects.
- Source and incorporate footage, images, and graphics from open-source and licensed libraries.
- Create templates for recurring projects to streamline workflow.
- Develop and maintain a consistent style for prospective clients, ensuring brand alignment.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with producers to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations.
- Suggest and implement best practices for producing outstanding outputs.
- Conduct web research to gather information that supports video production.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and accuracy.

*Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of video editing experience
- Desire to learn leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
- Familiarity with basic lighting, composition, and cinematography practices.
- Knowledge of videography and digital photography is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of timing and continuity.
- Ability to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Understanding of various HD and 4K formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Efficiency in project completion (Estimated vs. Actual project time).
- Efficiency in project completion (Estimated vs. Actual project time).

- Salary of PHP 40,000 to PHP 45,000 based on experience
- HMO upon completion of trial period
- 10 leave credits upon completion of trial period
- Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (adjusts for daylight savings)
