Illustrator / Digital Artist / AI Artist

We are a creative publishing company specializing in tarot decks, oracle cards, and other divination tools such as journals, and we’re looking for a skilled, creative and versatile digital artist (with a strong understanding of AI tools) to join our team on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of creating entire products and projects from start to finish, blending artistic direction with your unique creative vision.

What We’re Looking For:
- We’re seeking a digital artist or AI artist who has the ability to create an entire creation of tarot/oracle and other projects — from concept to completion.
- The ideal candidate will be able to design cohesive, professional-quality products that align with the themes given by the Creative Director

Key Qualities:
- Different styles: You can adapt to different styles (digital illustration, collage, photo montage, digital painting, watercolor-inspired, etc.) depending on the project.
- Interest for Tarot & Divination/spirituality: A genuine interest or experience in the world of tarot, oracle decks, and spiritual tools is highly preferred.
- AI Expertise: You’re experienced in using AI tools to create art AND you have the skills to refine and polish AI-generated images to make them indistinguishable from hand-drawn or traditional illustrations.
- End-to-End Creation: You have the ability to create an entire product, including card designs, box artwork, and guidebook illustrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Illustrate Entire Products: From tarot decks to tabletop game components, you’ll create cohesive designs for full projects.
- Use AI Tools (if applicable): Generate, refine, and polish images using AI tools while ensuring the final designs look professional and natural.
- You could potentially prepare Production-Ready Files: Ensure all designs are properly formatted and ready for print production. But this is not mandatory, we already have a designer inhouse
- Collaborate with Artistic Direction: Take guidance on creative direction while bringing your own ideas and expertise to each project.
- Maintain Cohesion Across Styles: Adapt designs to fit the vision of each product while maintaining consistency and quality.

What We Value:
