Are you passionate about YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram influencer culture? INTO THE AM is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow our Basics product line. Reporting to the Influencer Manager, you’ll connect with top creators, drive awareness, and boost sales.

What You'll Do:

• Scout and collaborate with influencers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Evaluate creators based on engagement, clicks, and sales potential.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, and partnerships.
• Create strategic campaigns aligned with our marketing calendar.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
• Strong passion and knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok trends.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset for performance analysis.

• Proactively onboard new creators; foster and nurture long-term relationships.
• Negotiate, finalize, and oversee affiliate marketing campaigns
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
