JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly and professional IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with video interactions and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in setting up their WhatsApp API demo accounts through Zoom sessions.
2. Conduct Zoom meetings with clients confidently and professionally.
3. Offer comprehensive software training to clients via Zoom to ensure they are well-versed with our products.
4. Keep clients informed about new features and important announcements.
5. Customize WhatsApp chatbots to meet the specific requirements of each client.
6. Address and resolve all technical queries from clients using WhatsApp, email, or Zoom.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in appearing on camera during Zoom sessions.
- Ability to manage both pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales technical support.
- Experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
