About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients, a growing IT division specializing in SaaS connectors for Construction and Accounting platforms, serving over 500 clients across ANZ.
As an Application Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, providing top-notch support in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.
This role is perfect for IT support professionals looking to expand their expertise in construction and accounting software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide phone, email, and potential onsite support to customers across Australia, New Zealand, and globally
-Onboard new users and assist with system setup
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SaaS platforms
-Identify and analyze trends in customer issues to prevent recurring problems
-Conduct root cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality

Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (helpdesk or onsite roles)
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Customer service experience in Construction, Accounting, or Finance sectors preferred
-Understanding of databases and SaaS platforms is a plus
-A bachelor’s degree or related qualifications are advantageous
