The IT Support Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support to remote agents and internal staff. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up systems, and ensuring connectivity for agents working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for remote agents and internal staff.
- Troubleshoot (computers, phones, headsets) and software issues (VPN, collaboration tools, etc.).
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding remote agents, ensuring their devices and software setups are compliant with company standards.
- Maintain and update internal IT knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation.
- Monitor Client platforms (Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, etc) performance to proactively address issues before they affect agents.
- Updated laptop/desktop (Windows 10+), USB headset, reliable Ethernet connection (at least 20mbps upload, 40mbps download), LAN cable.
-Active Wise account for payments.
