Location: Remote
Working Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: $5 per hour ($400 per month)

We specialise in the fine wine industry, managing client collections and offering unparalleled services. As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a part-time IT Support Specialist to support our team’s technical needs. This role will be employed by our UAE-based company, CruCore Solutions, which handles the operations and finance aspects of our business.

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to provide remote IT assistance to our team. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining IT hardware and software (including laptops, phones, and other devices), troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across our global workforce. Additionally, you will ensure that our team is protected against phishing attacks and other miscellaneous security threats.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and configure laptops, phones, and other IT equipment for new and existing team members across the UK, France, UAE, and the Philippines.
• Provide remote technical support to the global team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office applications, Azure, and Power BI.
• Manage software installations, updates, and security patches.
• Assist with user account management and access control across Microsoft services.
• Ensure the company is protected against phishing attacks, malware, and other miscellaneous security threats by implementing preventive measures and conducting regular security checks.
• Document IT processes and provide support for routine IT tasks.
• Identify and escalate larger IT issues as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Azure, and Power BI.
• Experience in setting up and configuring phones, laptops, and other IT hardware.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware configuration.
• Experience in cybersecurity practices, including phishing protection and malware prevention.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and provide remote support to a global team.
• Experience with remote work environments and support tools.

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Office 365 Administration.
• Basic networking knowledge and experience with IT security best practices.
