What You'll Do:
-Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals
-Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration
-Oversee and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services (AWS)
-Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems
-Manage database operations (SQL) and software development projects (Laravel, Vue.js)
-Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT security and data management
-Research emerging technologies to keep our systems modern and efficient

What We're Looking For:
-Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s is a plus!)
-3+ years of leadership experience in IT Support, Security, and Data Management
-Expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
-Hands-on experience with AWS, SQL, Laravel, and Vue.js
-Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
-Certifications like CISSP, ITIL, or PMP are a plus
