We are seeking a versatile IT Specialist who can manage a wide range of responsibilities from setting up webinars to maintaining our websites, troubleshooting tech issues, and overseeing
Key Responsibilities:
Webinar Setup & Management:
Configure and manage webinars on platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or custom solutions.
Coordinate integration with
Ensure high-quality presentation, audio, and video during live events.
Troubleshoot technical issues during webinars and ensure smooth event delivery.
Website Maintenance (WordPress & Wix):
Update and maintain WordPress and Wix websites, ensuring proper functionality and security.
Install, update, and manage themes, plugins, and templates.
Troubleshoot site issues, improve website performance, and optimize for SEO.
Perform routine backups and ensure security best practices (e.g., SSL, firewalls).
Tech Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide internal IT support to the team, resolving hardware and software issues.
Manage and troubleshoot internal communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
Provide basic network infrastructure support and resolve connectivity issues.

Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly set up for secure

Design and implement
Maintain and segment
A/B test campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize for improved results.
Provide insights and reporting on
Vendor and Tech Provider Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party tech providers.
Collaborate with external vendors to resolve service issues and ensure timely support.
Manage relationships with tech providers and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with WordPress and Wix website management.
Familiarity with webinar platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other similar tools.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to spot and fix technical issues quickly.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in a similar IT support or web management role.
2+ years of experience managing
Familiarity with tech support for small to medium-sized teams.
Familiarity with cloud services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
