We are seeking part-time and full-time IT Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will resolve desktop support tickets primarily for Microsoft 365 and Windows systems, with occasional support for Apple products. Additionally, you will assist with infrastructure support, including minor networking and server issues, ensuring prompt and effective technical assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Tier-1 Support:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone,
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Provide guidance on software and hardware usage.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Tier-2 Support:
- Perform more in-depth troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Assist with network and server issues.
- Collaborate with other IT tea
Qualifications:
• Fluent, native English is essential because phone support with US-based users is necessary.
• Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with common software applications and networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Skills:
• Experience with remote support tools and software.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Work Times:
• Must be available to work a full-time shift or part-time shift, Monday through Friday.
• There are multiple shift options, shown below. All timings are US Central Time Zone (CT).
• Full-time shifts are 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break in the middle. Shift options are: 7am to 4pm CT or 10am to 7pm CT.
• Part-time shifts 20 hours per week; Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day. Shift options are: 7am to 11am CT or 3pm to 7pm CT.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred.
