JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
Security & Compliance Leadership
• Certification Initiatives: Lead and drive SOC 2 and HIPAA certification efforts to ensure that ServingIntel meets and exceeds industry security standards.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and best practices to safeguard our proprietary data and systems.
• Policy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and enforce comprehensive IT security policies.
Microsoft & Azure Administration
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee Microsoft Azure administration, including managing licensing, configuring VMs, and establishing user roles tailored to our evolving needs.
• Security Configurations: Ensure that all IT security settings and permissions across our platforms are optimally maintained.
Dynamics 365 & Cloud Operations
• Migration Leadership: Lead the migration and ongoing administration of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, ensuring a smooth transition that supports our strategic initiatives.
• Cloud Tools Optimization: Manage and enhance Business Central and other Dynamics 365 applications to maximize operational efficiency.
• Innovation and Automation: Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools such as Copilot Studio & AI Foundry to further streamline and automate IT processes.
Level 3 IT Support & IUpgrade to see actual info Management
• Escalation Management: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
• On-Call Responsiveness: Maintain on-call responsibilities to address urgent IT security or infrastructure iUpgrade to see actual info, minimizing business disruptions.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
Technical Experience
• Security & Compliance: Proven experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or other security frameworks.
• Microsoft & Azure Expertise: Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure administration, licensing, and user management.
• Dynamics 365 & Cloud: In-depth familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Business Central, and Microsoft 365.
• IT Support & Infrastructure: Demonstrated success in Level 3 IT support and resolving complex technical issues.
• IUpgrade to see actual info Management: Skilled in managing and responding to IT security iUpgrade to see actual info.
• AI & Automation: Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry) is a plus.
