All I.T. specializes in nationwide onsite IT field services, connecting qualified technicians with enterprise clients requiring hands-on support across North America. We're seeking both experienced dispatch leaders and strong mid-level professionals ready to grow into leadership roles.

Role Overview:
Lead and drive the successful execution of nationwide field service operations, developing and implementing strategies for optimal resource allocation while coordinating onsite technicians for datacenter migrations, hardware deployments, and IT infrastructure projects. You'll combine strategic planning with hands-on dispatch management across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Level:

Design and implement dispatch strategies to optimize nationwide resource allocation
Develop processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for dispatch operations
Mentor and guide dispatch team members
Contribute to business strategy and growth planning

Tactical Level:

Coordinate field technician assignments and travel logistics for datacenter migrations, hardware installations, and onsite support
Manage real-time dispatch operations, including emergency response and scheduling adjustments
Track technician certifications, availability, and geographic coverage to optimize resource allocation
Monitor project milestones and SLAs across multiple concurrent field service engagements
Maintain clear communication channels between clients, field techs, and internal teams

Required Experience:

3+ years managing field service operations or technical dispatch
Proven track record coordinating multi-site deployments and technician logistics
Experience with field service management platforms and dispatch systems
Strong understanding of datacenter operations and IT infrastructure
Background in technical resource allocation and SLA management
