PremierePC is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk/Systems Engineer II to join our dynamic team. The typical workday is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST M - F, with 60 minutes of breaks provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients.
PremierePC is a Managed Service Provider located in Greenville, SC. We support a wide variety of technologies and organizations. Since 2006, we have worked hard to provide efficient, productive, and secure IT solutions for businesses to help them be more efficient.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical support remotely via phone and case system to the PremierePC client base.
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot a variety of server/network issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Guide users through installing applications and computer peripherals.
- Configure computer networks while adhering to all company standards and policies.
- Prioritize and escalate issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
- Assist in regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist users with password resets, access requests, and general inquiries about IT services.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors or support teams when external assistance is required.
Projects:
- Gather detailed information about new project requests, create project cases, and escalate to Management.
- Work on all project tasks assigned by Management to completion within the designated time frame.
Continuing Education:
- Keep abreast of technology changes and proactively look for opportunities to improve service.
- Maintain awareness of changes in security practices and new threats.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management to enable company goals and client servicing.
Experience:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in the IT field required, MSP experience a plus.
- Language: English.
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure/Entra and 365.
- Extensive experience in network troubleshooting and implementation.
- MSP experience.
- Knowledge of Windows Server OS and features (Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V, IIS).
- Knowledge of Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure/Entra, and Teams.
- Knowledge of Apple Mac Operating Systems and management.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating System and management.
