IT & Engineering Technology Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT & Engineering Technology Specialist to join our team. This role requires a fast, organized, and tech-savvy professional who can develop websites, build landing pages, integrate systems, troubleshoot software issues, and support our team with IT-related needs. Key Responsibilities:
Website & Landing Page Development:

Develop, design, and maintain websites and landing pages.
Use ClickFunnels and GoHighLevel to build high-converting landing pages.
Optimize landing pages for speed, SEO, and conversion.
System Integration & Automation:

Use Zapier to integrate and automate workflows between different platforms.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure all integrations work seamlessly.
Assist teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in resolving software and hardware issues.
Digital Marketing Support:

Understand how Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO work to provide support.
Ensure tracking tools and conversion pixels are properly set up.
IT Support & Troubleshooting:

Make calls in English to troubleshoot system issues with software providers.
Assist teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with IT-related problems (computers, internet, software).
Act as a liaison with software companies when system issues arise.
AI & Automation Expertise:

Master AI programming and give effective AI commands.
Implement AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.
Team Collaboration & Multitasking:

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth system operations.
Use WhatsApp and translation tools to communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized and efficient.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in website development, landing page creation, and system integrations (must show proof of previous work).
? Strong knowledge of ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
? Ability to troubleshoot and fix software and system issues quickly.
? Fluent in English (spoken and written) – must be able to make phone calls in English.
? Strong AI knowledge – ability to program AI tools and give effective commands.
? Must have a fast computer, fast phone, and fast internet connection.
? Expert in Excel – must be able to handle complex spreadsheets like a pro.
? Highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask under pressure.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
? Must be available to work Monday - Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous experience in a remote IT support role.
? Knowledge of AI automation tools and prompt engineering.
? Experience with software troubleshooting and integrations.
