Who We Are

We are selling digital coaching products for real estate clients.

What You’ll Do
• Engage with Leads: Make outbound calls to potential real estate agents and make appointments.
• Follow-Up: Nurture leads via phone, email, and text to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• Build Relationships: Create a positive first impression and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our sales agents and team to support the entire sales process.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (real estate experience is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
• Drive: Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed expectations and quotas.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools.
• Availability: Flexible hours to accommodate peak calling times.
