INSTAGRAM / THREADS VA

We’re hiring reliable and experienced social media operators who know how to post, interact and manage content on Threads and Instagram. This role is highly structured and repetitive, but requires full consistency and responsibility.

Please ONLY apply if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
1. You have solid experience on Threads & Instagram?– You know how to post, engage with content, manage multiple accounts, and understand how both platforms work in detail.
2. You are available 7 days a week?– Posting happens 5 times per day, every ~1.5 hours throughout the day. Each posting round takes about 20–30 minutes.?– This results in a total daily workload of approx. 2.5–3 hours spread across the entire day.?– Posting times will be given in advance – you must be able to follow them every day (to the same times) without exception.
3. You own at least 4 smartphones?– These phones must be used exclusively for work and be ready to be fully reset before starting.?– They will be used as work devices only and should remain clean from any personal use.
4. You have access to unlimited mobile data?– This is required to give stable hotspot connections to the work devices.?– (If you don’t have unlimited data yet we’re willing to provide data plans – as long as all other criteria are met.)
5. You have a laptop or PC?– You’ll need it for communication with our team while operating your phones.

Base payment covers 2$/hours/. After 2–4 weeks, as your accounts grow and perform, bonuses and performance-based payment increases are guaranteed.
