Influencer Manager
Neon Flux is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for creating audience-first, innovative ideas and content strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects at once, with the ability to track deliverables, maintain schedules, and communicate effectively. A passion for executing impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment is essential.

What You'll Do:
-Partner closely with our creative team to develop and execute influencer and creator campaign concepts for our clients.
-Own content proposals, including in-depth research, goal-setting, audience insights, creative direction, and implementation strategies.
-Collaborate with the social media team to develop trend-driven content ideas across major platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
-Work with the Social/Influencer team to identify and strategize around creators who align with our partner’s brand objectives.
-Understand and address the needs of influencers/creators, delivering mutually beneficial solutions.
-Negotiate deals and manage contract execution.
I-dentify new social channels to expand influencer content reach.
-Provide regular updates and reports for campaign status meetings.
-Oversee campaigns from concept to completion— from creator outreach to content execution.
-Ensure all final content is uploaded and organized for cross-functional team use.
-Create additional content iterations to optimize performance on digital platforms.

About You:
-You live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms, staying ahead of trends and knowing what content performs best on each.
-You keep up with the latest industry trends and cultural conversations.
-You bring 2-4+ years of experience in a social media or influencer marketing role, either at a creative agency or in-house with a brand.
-You have a deep passion for influencer and branded content.
-You have strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors.
-You are a self-starter who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
-You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-You’re highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-You excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
-You are proficient in creating influencer briefs and managing content calendars.
-You’re knowledgeable about major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and are constantly learning about new platforms (Threads, Lemon8, BeReal, etc.).
-You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
-You learn quickly and take feedback well.
-You think outside the box and bring creative, innovative ideas to the table.
-You’re familiar with influencer scheduling and prospecting tools.

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience managing projects from concept through activation.
Understand how to tell compelling stories across different social formats.
Are extremely organized and capable of juggling multiple projects for different brands.
Bring a collaborative, team-first attitude with a sense of humor and low ego.
