-Proven Sales Skills Experience in B2B sales (software or digital marketing, social media mktg. digital agency experience).
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident in pitching, cold-calling, negotiating, and closing deals.
- (Neutral Accent ) English Conversant (for outbound sales calls + call follow-ups)
- Hunter Mentality: Disciplined, driven, persistent, and hungry for results.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: Comfortable using lead generation, CRM tools and various software to look for prospects
- Goal-Oriented: Committed to hitting and exceeding weekly sales targets.
- Equipped with a decent laptop or PC + stable internet connection (must be able to do video calls during the 8 hour shift)
- Fast Learner, Self-starter, Winner Mindset

YOU MUST BE:

- Willing to undergo 2 week sales trial phase
- Make a Sale and make the team
