We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Virtual Remote Assistant** to support retail operations for multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will handle key administrative tasks such as employee scheduling, timesheet verification, payroll, inventory management, and job posting coordination, all remotely. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, providing vital support to the management team, and streamlining processes across various locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Employee Scheduling (1 hour/week)**
- Manage employee schedule creation every Friday using **ScheduleBuilder**.
- Collect employee shift preferences and resolve scheduling conflicts remotely.
- Ensure schedules are distributed to store group chats and that stores are fully covered, while adhering to company overtime policies.
**2. Timesheet Verification (1.5 hours/week)**
- Use the **VELA1 POS system** to verify employee clock-in/out times.
- Review and correct timesheet discrepancies and flag any overtime for managerial review.
- Utilize the **Ring camera app** to review footage when necessary to validate time entries.
**3. Payroll Processing (1 hour/bi-weekly)**
- Log into **ADP Run** to process payroll every two weeks.
- Ensure accurate input of employee hours, overtime, and pay rates.
- Double-check payroll data to ensure no discrepancies before submission.
**4. Inventory Support**
- Remotely monitor and update store inventory using the **VELA1 POS system**.
- Assist with monthly inventory checks, stock tracking, and order placements.
- Communicate with vendors for price negotiations and ensure prompt delivery of supplies.
**5. Job Posting & Hiring Assistance**
- Post and maintain job listings on platforms like **Indeed** and **LinkedIn**.
- Screen applicants based on predefined criteria and coordinate interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by sending necessary documents and scheduling training sessions.
**6. Customer Service & Sales Support**
- Assist in managing remote customer service inquiries and resolve escalations as needed.
- Help coordinate and promote store sales, discounts, and loyalty programs.
**7. Operational Oversight**
- Help maintain proper virtual documentation for store opening and closing procedures, payroll records, inventory checks, and more.
- Track daily store reports and flag issues that require managerial attention.

- Strong internet proficiency, including
