JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

This position requires prior experience working for a USA based company in Human Resources for a minimum of 3 years, either as an HR Specialist or HR Manager.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, compensation, and vacation policies
Conduct employee orientations and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance management
Oversee performance appraisal systems and processes to drive high performance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulation
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
Provide strategic advice to management on HR-related matters

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role working for a USA company
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and HRIS systems
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must be able to work during the USA Pacific Time Zone
