We're Hiring: Human Resources & Administration (HRA) Manager

Location: Cebu City, Philippines
Salary Range:
- Php 50,000 (with ISO experience as a Core Team)
- Php 35,000–40,000 (without ISO experience)

Job Description:
As the HRA Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. HR Business Partner:
- Implement HR policies, plans, and programs alongside the SBU Head.
- Ensure optimized HR services aligned with business requirements.
- Assist in the quarterly performance management evaluation.
- Collaborate on Learning & Development programs for high-potential employees.
2. Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer benefits, timekeeping, and payroll for the SBU.
- Ensure timely and accurate remittance of statutory benefits.
3. Staffing:
- Sourcing: Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements, post job ads, screen resumes, and manage application statuses.
- Selection: Manage recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and issue job offers.
- Onboarding & Immersion: Oversee the onboarding process, discuss employment contracts, and facilitate probationary reviews.
4. Employee Relations:
- Implement programs to promote a harmonious employee relations climate.
- Provide consultative services on employee and labor relations issues.
- Ensure due process during disciplinary proceedings.
5. Employee Engagement:
- Execute employee engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and reward high performers.
6. Admin Function:
- Supervise service drivers and utility personnel.
- Oversee fleet management, including insurance renewals and vehicle repairs.
- Coordinate office and maintenance services for cleanliness and repairs.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare reports and studies related to SBU HR operations, employee engagement, and relations.
8. Additional Tasks:
- Perform other tasks based on qualifications, experience, and available resources.

Job Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or Management. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 10 years of generalist experience in HR, with at least 5 years at the management level, preferably in a large-sized company.
Skills:
- Highly analytical, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven record of working well across all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Above-average communication skills in English and Cebuano.
- Proficient in business applications and machinery.
- Personal Traits: Professional, cooperative, with integrity and initiative. Able to work under pressure and willing to travel across the Philippines.
