The HR payroll admin and Recruiter is responsible for assisting HR and the team with US employee compliance, KPI tracking, record maintenance, payroll processing and administrative HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and report daily KPI and productivity to Management team for US and REM Company systems: Slack, Jibble, Activtrak, Salesforce – Litify.
-Monitor and report all fraudulent, falsified or concerning employee data, payroll and attendance
-Update Ease site with new hire benefits and COBRA information
-Administrative support for US hiring, employee relations and terminations
-Collect and enter payroll timecard corrections for US staff in Paylocity
-Manage HR Executive calendar
-Save scanned documents with proper naming convention in appropriate Company folders
-Audit employee files and employee paperwork
Qualifications:
1. STRICTLY handled
2. Has a background in Staff Recruitment (If you do not have this experience, do not apply)
3. Preferred but not required; Law firm experience in high volume fast growth companies
4. Ability to maintain honesty and integrity for the firm
5. Positive and professional demeanor
6. Ability to respond to requests and manage Executive team administrative projects
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Can work on a graveyard shift
9. STRICTLY no current online job/work (2nd job hunters will not be entertained)
10. Working hours: 12AM-9AM PH time
