Position: Human Resource & Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are urgently seeking a skilled HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving our recruitment strategies, optimizing HR operations, and fostering a positive work culture.

Our products empower users to capture and share more than just static pictures or videos, revolutionizing how people connect with their surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

> Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
-Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools, job boards, and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) to find candidates.
-Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
-Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment screening.
-Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

> HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
-Support and streamline onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
-Assist HR-Korea in employee relations
-Support HR initiatives, including succession planning and internal mobility.

>HR Tech, Automation & CRM Optimization
-Implement and manage HR automation tools to enhance hiring and onboarding efficiency.
-Use ATS and CRM tools to optimize recruitment pipelines.
-Automate candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment workflows.
-Track recruitment and HR analytics to improve hiring decisions and workforce planning.

>Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
-Develop strategies for employer branding and candidate engagement.
-Create compelling job descriptions, career page content, and recruitment campaigns.
-Foster positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

>Employee Engagement & Retention
-Collaborate with HR-Korea to enhance workplace culture and employee motivation.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
-Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools.
-Experience with HR automation, AI-driven recruitment, and hiring workflow optimization.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to manage multiple job openings and HR tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours
-9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with flexibility to work in Korea Time
-40 hours per week.
-We seek a dedicated, full-time professional for a long-term commitment of over two years.
