Key Responsibilities:

Lead HubSpot Sales Enterprise platform implementations, including customization, configuration, and optimization for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and use of HubSpot tools.
Train and mentor internal teams and clients on HubSpot’s sales and CRM functionalities.
Analyze sales processes and provide data-driven insights to improve workflows and performance.
Manage complex integrations with third-party applications and ensure proper data flow.
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them align HubSpot’s capabilities with their business needs.
Stay up to date on HubSpot updates, best practices, and emerging trends in sales and CRM technology.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with HubSpot Sales Enterprise, including setup, customization, and optimization.
Proven experience working with enterprise clients in a sales operations or CRM-related capacity.
Strong understanding of sales processes and how to optimize them using technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
HubSpot certifications (Sales Software, CRM, RevOps etc.) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
