JOB OVERVIEW

Our client for this role helps purpose-driven brands grow by clarifying their messaging and strategy to increase predictable revenue. They offer both guidance and full-service support, tailoring plans to each brand's goals. Their training academy also builds skills for marketing leaders.

**Need to have qualifications:**

- 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM.
- Expertise in setting up, customizing, and managing HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
- Proven ability to optimize HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting HubSpot data to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Nice to have qualifications:**

- Certification in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or CRM platforms.
- Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
- Skills in automation beyond HubSpot (e.g., Zapier or custom integrations).

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze performance data and develop comprehensive reports to inform and enhance strategic decisions.
- Create and refine automated workflows, sales processes, and customer journeys within HubSpot to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure HubSpot strategies are fully aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide training to team members, equipping them to use HubSpot effectively in their roles.
- Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-related issues, coordinating with HubSpot support when necessary.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within HubSpot.
