HubSpot Virtual Assistant (VA)

Flexiwork Services is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot Virtual Assistant to support our clients with CRM management, automation, and marketing workflows. If you have experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing tools, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Manage and update contacts, deals, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM
Set up and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and automation
Assist with lead generation, data entry, and segmentation
Generate reports and insights for sales and marketing teams
Support the integration of HubSpot with other tools
Ensure data accuracy and CRM best practices

Requirements:
Proven experience as a HubSpot VA or HubSpot CRM Specialist
Strong knowledge of email marketing, automation, and reporting
Familiarity with third-party integrations and marketing tools
Excellent organizational and data management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
