HubSpot Specialist

**Location:** Remote (Philippines)

We are seeking a dynamic HubSpot Specialist to build, manage, and continually refine the content for our closed resource hub on HubSpot. This role will also involve integrating and feeding information into our AI program (HubSpot AI or CoSupport AI), and refining AI responses to ensure relevance, clarity, and accuracy in serving our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Build, organise, and maintain the content for our closed resource hub on HubSpot.
• Curate, structure and update content, to ensure it is accessible, well-organised, and user-friendly.
• Feed content and data into HubSpot AI or CoSupport AI to enhance the AI’s ability to respond effectively.
• Work closely with the AI systems to ensure seamless integration with the resource hub and other systems.
• Collaborate with AI developers to refine and optimise AI algorithms and responses based on user feedback and evolving content.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, support, IT, etc.) to understand business objectives
• Continuously monitor and provide regular updates and reports on the performance of the resource hub and AI system, including areas for improvement and optimisation.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Strong experience with CRM system HubSpot, particularly in building and managing content.
• Experience with AI platforms (preferably HubSpot AI or CoSupport AI) and training AI models.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of content.
• Excellent communication skills for refining and documenting AI responses.
• Familiarity with AI testing and optimisation strategies.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in content management, digital marketing, or similar roles is a plus.
