We are seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist & Workflow Architect to design and implement a sophisticated, customized HubSpot CRM tailored to our real estate team's needs. This role requires expertise in building workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HubSpot, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable systems. This is a short-term contract position with the potential for ongoing support after implementation.
Responsibilities:
Customize and Optimize HubSpot CRM: Build and structure the CRM to meet the team's operational needs, including contact management, deal pipelines, and task tracking.
Workflow Design and Automation: Create and implement automated workflows to streamline lead management, client communications, deal progression, and reporting.
Integration Management: Integrate HubSpot with Google Sheets, Slack, QuickBooks, and other tools in our workflow for seamless data flow and automation.
Data Import and Cleanup: Migrate existing client, deal, and listing data into the CRM while ensuring data accuracy and organization.
Reporting and Dashboards: Design easy-to-use dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
Team Training and Support: Provide clear documentation and hands-on training to the team to ensure proper use of the CRM.
Ongoing Maintenance: Offer troubleshooting and system optimization for the team post-launch, if needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing and implementing customized HubSpot CRM solutions.
Expertise in building workflows and automations within HubSpot.
Familiarity with real estate industry operations is a plus.
Strong knowledge of integrations with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, QuickBooks, and task management tools (e.g., Motion).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and train tea
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to suggest innovative solutions.
Availability for check-ins and status updates during the implementation process.
